  3. Lead with the decision.

Explain what changed, the business consequence, the recommended response, and who needs to act.

A few practical questions.

Who is this designed for?

CISOs, IT directors, security managers, GRC professionals, and consultants preparing executive or board-level cybersecurity reporting across sectors.

What do I receive?

One ZIP package containing four editable files: one PowerPoint presentation, two Excel workbooks, and one Word guide. The two workbooks each contain Dashboard, Metrics, Risk Register, Decisions, Dictionary, and Read Me worksheets.

What software do I need?

Software that can open and edit PPTX, XLSX, and DOCX files. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are the intended editing formats. Check formula calculations and formatting if you use another office suite.

Is this a subscription or consulting engagement?

No. The toolkit is a one-time digital purchase. Consulting, report customization, and fractional CISO services are separate engagements.

Are the examples real client information?

No. The worked examples are fictional. Measures, thresholds, scoring, and decisions are illustrative starting points and need to be tailored to your organization.

How will delivery and purchase terms work?

When sales open, checkout and digital delivery will be handled through Payhip. After a successful purchase, use the download page or the download link in your receipt. Review the seller’s license and refund terms at checkout before purchasing.
