Analytics privacy notice

This website uses its own analytics to understand which pages and professional resources attract interest. The reporting dashboard is restricted to the site owner.
What is measured
Analytics records daily totals for page views and selected actions, such as executive-profile links, toolkit links, advisory links, and contact-form submission attempts. Totals include the page, a broad screen-size category, and a referral category such as LinkedIn, Google, or Direct / unknown. Referring page paths, search terms, and URL query strings are not collected.
What is not collected
The analytics database does not store your name, email address, form responses, IP address, browser fingerprint, or a persistent visitor identifier. Analytics does not use tracking cookies or follow you across websites. A random identifier for each event is held for approximately 24 hours to prevent duplicate counting. Aggregate daily totals are retained for approximately 400 days. Expired records are removed during the next active cleanup.
Requests pass through the website hosting infrastructure, which may process connection information to operate and secure the service. The application uses an IP address transiently in memory for basic rate limiting; it does not write it to the analytics database or application logs.
Your choice
Tracking is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also disable analytics for this browser below. This preference is stored locally in your browser; it is not a visitor identifier. You will need to set it again if you clear browser storage or use a different browser.
Toolkit checkout
When toolkit sales are enabled, purchase links take you to Payhip for payment and digital delivery. Payhip and the connected payment processor handle checkout information under their own policies. This website does not collect card details or store customer orders. Website analytics measures product-page views and checkout-link clicks; a click does not confirm a completed purchase.
Contact forms
The contact form is separate from analytics. Information you choose to submit is sent through FormSubmit to Brian’s Microsoft 365 mailbox. Do not include confidential information. Analytics records only a submission attempt, never the form contents.
